We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days starting from the day your package is delivered to request a return.

Please note: If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot process a refund or offer an exchange.

Cost of Return Shipping

Returns are completely free with us.

Mizop provides Free Return Shipping on all orders. Whether your item arrived faulty or you just decided it wasn't the right fit for your home, we will cover the return postage.

Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Our customer care team will review your email and reply with your free, prepaid shipping label.

Print the label provided and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

Drop It Off

Pack the item safely in its original box, then drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Items Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that your product arrives defective or damaged during shipping:

• Please do not send the item back immediately.

• Take clear photos of both the damaged product and the shipping box.

• Email those photos to support@mizop.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

• We will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Refund Processing & Timeline

Once your returned package arrives at our London facility, our team will inspect the item. We will then send you an email notification confirming receipt and letting you know if the refund has been approved based on the item's condition.

Approved Refunds: If approved, we will initiate a full refund. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the credited funds to appear in your account, as clearing times vary depending on your specific bank or credit card provider.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Shipment

If your order has not been handed over to our couriers yet, we can easily cancel it and issue a full, immediate refund.

After Shipment

If your package is already in transit, we cannot recall it. However, once it arrives at your door, you can simply use our free return process to send it back for a full refund.
