1. Overview

Welcome to Mizop.

These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you use our website, browse our products, place an order, or contact us.

Mizop is operated by:

Store name: Mizop
Business address: 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom
Email: support@mizop.com
Phone: +44 7853 749693

Throughout these Terms, “Mizop”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mizop. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website visitor.

Our website is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products to customers in the United Kingdom.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies published on our website.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on our website.

You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure if you create an account on our website.

3. Our Products

We aim to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.

Product images, colours, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device screen, lighting, or display settings. However, we make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate.

We may update product descriptions, prices, or availability from time to time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a suitable solution, such as waiting for restock, choosing an alternative product, or receiving a refund.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not automatically mean your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and Mizop is formed when we accept your order and begin processing it for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:

  • The product is unavailable
  • Payment is not authorised
  • There is an error in the price or product information
  • We suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
  • The delivery address is outside our supported delivery area

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

The prices shown on our website are the prices you pay for the products. VAT, where applicable, is already included in the displayed product price.

Mizop offers free shipping within the United Kingdom, so no standard shipping charge will be added at checkout.

The total price payable will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order. This includes the product price, VAT where applicable, and free UK delivery.

We aim to make all pricing clear before checkout. We do not add hidden mandatory charges at the final stage of checkout.

Payment must be made at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods:

  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Diners Club
  • Discover
  • Google Pay
  • JCB
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Visa

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently sell and deliver to customers in the United Kingdom.

Delivery times, shipping costs, order processing times, and any delivery restrictions are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

If your order is delayed, we will contact you where possible and provide an update.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them.

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@mizop.com so we can investigate and assist you.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Your cancellation, return, and refund rights are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day return period. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order, provided the item is eligible for return and meets the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

For most online purchases in the UK, consumers also have a legal right to cancel an order within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless an exception applies. Our 30-day return period gives you additional time beyond the standard cancellation period.

After your return request is approved, you must send the item back to us within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Returned products should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation where applicable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

support@mizop.com

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if relevant.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution in accordance with UK consumer law. This may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to use our website:

  • For unlawful purposes
  • To submit false or misleading information

13. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit a review, comment, message, image, or other content to us or through our website, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We may use customer reviews and feedback to improve our products, website, and customer service.

We do not allow fake, misleading, abusive, offensive, or unlawful reviews or content.

We may remove content that we reasonably believe is inappropriate, misleading, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.

14. Accuracy of Website Information

We aim to keep our website accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur, including errors relating to product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping information, or promotional offers.

If we discover an error after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the issue, we may offer to continue the order with corrected information, offer an alternative, or cancel the order and issue a refund.

15. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, or special offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates, product exclusions, minimum order values, or usage limits.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions where necessary, provided this does not affect orders already accepted.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

This includes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of your statutory rights
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law

We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or business interruption.

Our products are supplied for personal and domestic use only. If you use products for commercial, business, or resale purposes, we will not be liable for business-related losses.

17. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include severe weather, transport disruption, strikes, technical failures, supply chain disruption, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to reduce the impact.

18. Privacy

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

The latest version will always be available on this page. When we update these Terms, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top.

The Terms that apply to your order are the Terms in force at the time you place your order.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
